It is vague and needs the major elements – Mains character, Antagonist, an Event and the MC’s Actions in response to the Event.

How about, “Wen sn accident kills a budding romance a young artist fights to unite with his lawyer girlfriend by … kidnapping her from hospital to …………….or ……………………..”

I think I did not do the translation well, because the script and the longline is written in Spanish, and I think the context changes a lot.
I’m going to do another better version to see if it is better understood.

It is about a couple that after an accident, one donates the heart to the other so they can live.

Doesn’t tell us what the story is, who the people involved are,? what they want, or what’s stopping them. Protagonist, antagonist, conflict stakes. Also, how can an accident try to do something? It’s a non-entity. The whole thing is vague and unclear. Give us specifics.

Going by this logline, there is only enough material for a short film. I can picture the first 10 minutes of the movie, where we see the relationship between the artist and the lawyer, maybe there’s conflict between them which threatens to end the relationship for good , but then it gets resolved and just when you think that they’re going to be all right, there’s an accident. And then at the end of the short film, the protagonist donates their heart so the partner can live.

I can’t picture this premise lending 90 minutes of material for a feature film.
